Tears are flowing after reading all about Helen and Baby Saint. Thank goodness there were bunny angels in yourself and Mike to take care of these very precious souls. It upsets me so much thinking about the little one's suffering until she was showered with love from you both. Bless you both forever, I never met you but I love you.

I have just visited this site from your Facebook page and wanted to say that I think this is a beautiful memorial. Obviously I never knew Baby Saint, but it's clear that she was incredibly well loved and well cared for by you and Helen. What a lucky little bunny she was to meet the right people who could care for her needs and give her a happy life. Rabbits are all incredible little fighters who give us so much pleasure, so naturally take part of our hearts with them when they leave this Earth. I hope with time that your pain will ease. I could write this same message for millions of bunny parents around the world; however there are no people more special than those who rescue and care for abandoned animals, who have only known pain but go on to know love and happiness. Thank you for all that you have done for Baby Saint and for all of the other rabbits you have helped and will continue to help and love in the future. x

Hello Maysie, I offer my sincere sympathy for your beautiful Baby Saint. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that bloom in your heart this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during this blessed season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved Baby Saint bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this year...Best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ, Patches, and Momma’s mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

Dear Maysie, please accept my sympathy about the loss of your sweet Baby Saint. May I say, she and her Mummy were certainly lucky you came along to save them. God bless you.

Thank you for your kind note of condolence regarding the death of my beautiful rabbit, Cassidy. He looked very much like your Baby Saint, although I have a rabbit (Sasha) that looks even more like her than did Cassidy. Anyway, when you invest so much in a pet as you did with Baby Saint, it seems that it is extra hard to say goodbye. I do not understand why people are so cruel. All I know is that you have much to be proud of for your efforts to make Baby Saint and Helen's lives so much more rewarding than they were at the beginning of their lives. I've now lost seven rabbits -- I have loved them all and it's been painful to lose each of them. They are such wonderful creatures -- their vulnerability is something that most of us can relate to. God bless the two of you and your many pets!!

Oh, I have just read this page, and what a special little girl Baby Saint was and always will be! How can people be so cruel is truly beyond me; but oh, she did not let anything stop her, did she, the brave little soul, and her sweet Mummy Helen. I would like to give you all the hugs in the world, Maysie, you're a wonderful, caring person, and I can tell you loved her and all your rescue rabbits dearly. I'm so sorry for your loss; it is hard, especially after everything you went through, the poor dears, and bless you for caring for them. I know your heart is broken, and I know nothing can bring her back, but you are not alone. I hope life is kind to you, and thank you for visiting Pipkin. I'll bet he's teaching Baby Saint how to binky right now, the darlings.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Baby Saint. Please find comfort in knowing that Baby Saint is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my cats, Sammi went to Rainbows Bridge. Spooky never met Hannah or Sammi but I am sure Spooky greeted Hannah and Sammi at the bridge. I am sure that Baby Saint, Spooky, Hannah, and Sammi have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan
