Bernadette - I came here to post for our beloved Duffy (ShihTzu, 14 yrs) who crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Valentine's Day 2/14/22 but I couldn't do it yet. I was scrolling thru and saw Aussie (who looks like our Duffy) and read John 14:27. Our beloveds are a Gift from God. Angels w/o wings who filled our lives w/ unconditional love. I know your heart is heavy - mine is broken, too. I just wanted to leave you a note to encourage you and send some love. From one broken heart to another, shelly

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Aussie. Please find comfort in knowing that Aussie is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13,Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19 and Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20. I am sure that Aussie and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Dear Aussie, you are truly handsome. Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your family who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Dear Bernadette, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed Home a very special soul. Aussie is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Jackie, Callie, Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet presence continually nuzzle your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Aussie will never be broken. Many blessings and much peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Jackie at https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/JACKI010/resident.HTM

I am so sorry for your loss of Aussie. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Aussie that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Aussie and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with Aussie continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

For sweet Aussie, I know that during your lifetime you gave Bernadette much joy. Now I am wishing you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what was written for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Aussie, I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Bernadette, I just visited your Aussie's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious Fur Angel. I am sure if asked, Aussie would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Aussie. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom).

Bernadette: Your gratitude and endless love was apparent in the beautiful tribute to the love of your life, Aussie. May memories continually sustain you during the painful time. I am gifting a pull rope to keep your eternal connection as love never dies. Just don’t let go and I’m sure you won’t.

Hello, handsome Aussie, welcome to Paradise meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Your family loves and misses you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so your family feels your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come for you one day to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at your family so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over your family always, beloved sweet little man. Pressy's Grandpa
