Jeffrey and Tammy, I'm so sorry for your loss of your precious Apollo. As you cherish and remember every memory and moment, please be comforted and know that your Apollo is at the Rainbow Bridge meeting many new friends including my Bailey. The Bridge kids will be with your fur-angel in the beautiful Paradise Meadow. My thoughts are with you, and I'm leaving flowers to comfort you... God Bless...

Jeffrey, I am sorry for the loss of your little angel Apollo. Apollo liked being the king of the castle, and when that changed, he did not like it one bit. Now that he has transitioned, he is happy and carefree. All is good! I hope Apollo meets up with my Murphy who was the king in his castle, too.♥

Dear Jeffrey and Tammy, I understand this is a sad time for you I too know the heartbreak of losing a beloved friend and constant companion having lost my beloved Bob Barker on August 28, 2017...so I understand how much you miss Apollo. Just remember that it is never really “Goodbye”, just “Until we’re together again”! And I pray that this thought will give your heart comfort and peace in the days to come when you think of your sweet Apollo… Now Apollo waits for you to sleep at night and dream of him. Him love continues to cross the Rainbow bridge and come to you all the time. My pups and I are sending you very – very special loving thoughts, prayers, positive energy, and petitioning the Universe to ease your heart pain and give you peace in the knowledge that you will see your little one again one day and that for now your sweet Apollo is but a dream away… You can visit Bob Barker at: https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BOBBA002/Resident.htm

Jeffrey, Tammy: I’m sorry for your loss. Know that you are not alone. I, too, have lost a beloved pet; everyone in this website have. We know you’re hurting, and we’re here for you. We feel the pain that you feel; we’ve suffered the loneliness that you suffer, at not having our beloved pet by our side anymore. But we all feel the same relief---that where our beloved pets are now, they’re safe, and happy, and content, whatever afflicted them in this life is gone. And we all share the same hope---one day, we will be together again with our beloved ones. My baby, a female Beagle named River, left for Rainbow Bridge on March 21, 2017; you can see River here---https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/RIVER002/Resident.htm. Happy new year! I hope 2018 brings something to ease your pain.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Apollo. Please find comfort in knowing that Apollo is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. On March 20, 2017 my sweet little calico Gabbi crossed over Rainbow's Bridge. I adopted her about a month after Spooky passed away and Gabbi also lived to be almost 16 years old. On 1/3/18 my little cat Zoe passed away. I am sure that Apollo and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Apollo I am sorry for your loss. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. There are no more aches or pains. No rain only sunshine. Running and playing all day with the other furbabies. One day we will join them for all eternity at Rainbow Bridge.

I don't think you failed Apollo. In fact, you rescued him and gave him a wonderful life. It's unfortunate that he and your other rescue dog didn't get along to the point of it being dangerous and you had to take action. It really was a no-win situation. I'm so sorry! He was a beautiful dog and I know how much you love and miss him. It's so difficult. Hugs!

Jeffrey and Tammy, I am so sorry to know about your Apollo. From the story you wrote it seems like it was a horrible incident. I have had some pretty close calls myself and I know from reading stories and writing condolences for the past 3 months since I had to let my own baby go, you are not alone. Many have lost their fur babies the same way you lost your Apollo. You did not fail him, you did protect him. For reasons we will never know, it was his time to go. His wings were ready, your heart would never be ready. Not only a dog owner, I have fostered hundreds of dogs for 8 years and I know that we think we are the protectors of them, we are in a way (we feed them, give them fresh water, take them for walks, play with them, love on them), but they are put in your lap to protect you. That is what a dog gives back in return. That is what your Apollo gave back to you. He will be very missed and never forgotten. Hold on tight to all those beautiful memories you shared together.

Jeffrey and Tammy: Your sadness was evident and understandably so after the passing of Apollo. May you honor him and celebrate a loving soul who will never be forgotten. A gift of a pull rope will help keep your connection-simply never let go! With my deepest condolences in your time of need.

I am so sorry for your loss of Apollo. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Apollo that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Apollo and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with Apollo continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

For sweet Apollo, I know that during your lifetime you gave Jeffrey and Tammy much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what your family wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Apollo I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Jeffrey and Tammy, I just visited your Apollo's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious furangel. I am sure if asked, Apollo would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Apollo. Wishing you both all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom).
