Annie was sweet.I love how you wrote jokingly of course that her combination did not make her the best athlete,I am sure she was a loving little person really and that Annie was loved dearly. She must feel it today as well.Cherish the memories of her as much as you can,and know you will see her again certanly.

We sympathize with you and your family in the loss of your precious Annie. We too lost a beloved member of our family, Boomer Sooner XXV. Be comforted and know that Annie is always with you in spirit and will always be present in your hearts. It is also heartbreaking to hear the tragedy of your sister's death. Please accept our deepest sympathy and prayers. Sincerely, The Winters Family Miamisburg, OH

"Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened" -Anatole France - I have found such profound truth in that statement.... I believe in my heart, that is why we never forget the joy, the love, the very presence of our babies even after they've gone. You see, the part of us they've awoken simply never again falls asleep inside us! Instead, the cherished memories of their love, their very "presence" in our lives, keeps their flame eternally glowing in our hearts, no matter how little...or how long of a time has gone by since they've left our side.... May Annie's flame continue to burn brightly and shine eternally in your heart, Pegge... With wishes of the warmest and happiest of Holiday seasons this year to your entire family.......... from, Karen (Dusty's mommy)....... http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

I'm so sorry for your loss. What a beautiful tribute to your beautiful Annie. We lost our little Domino on 2/10/07. She was such a friendly little lady, so I'm sure she was there to welcome your Annie and show her all around and take good care of her. I know Annie and Domino will be waiting for us when we get there and we can all cross the Bridge together, once again as a family.....forever.

I was looking up other pups in Arizona who have recently crossed over the bridge and I found Annie. So sorry for your loss. I can't decide if it was worse for Dad being at the doctor's office with Annie, or Mom being on the phone from Oklahoma, both scenarios are equally heartbreaking. I can tell she had the best care she could have had and a loving family all her life...what more could any of us wish for? Best wishes to your entire family. Sara

As quickly as you and I became friends, I'm sure my Tani, who passed 11 years ago, was there there to greet Annie and make her welcome. I'm sure they're all having a wonderful time together. We're lucky to have had such wonderful pets in our lives.
