Hi Joanna, Hildegard and Pettie, this is Lynne from South Australia. I recently had to send my beautiful daugther Topsy to Rainbow Bridge. Then I found this site and have decided to say hello to all those people from Australia who have lost loved furr children. I know Amber has been gone for many decades now, but that doesnt mean forgotten. Take care and respond if you wish. Best wishes for2023.

So sorry for your lose of Ambrose. Beautiful memorial. My 20 year old kitty passes in 2018 and he still brings tears, into sobs, into thanks and laughter for such grateful memories. A 20 year old cat that was like a child. His adopted brother I am grateful for each day. I pray the strength to put my love together as well as you have for Ambrose.

Dear Joanna, I have just been to visit your beautiful boy Ambrose. Oh how gorgeous he is. He said to tell you he lovessssssssssss his Mummy so much and I want you to know that he is helping me with my broken heart. Our beautiful, sweet, gentle Joey went to heaven on Wednesday 1st. July, 2009. We are so heartbroken and I just can't stop crying. How will I go on without my soul mate? He adored me with unconditional love and eternal understanding. I feel as though part of me is missing. I live in Australia too on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria and when I saw you were from Australia I just wanted to say hi. I will come back to visit Ambrose again soon and tell him about Bonnie and Joey. Love Barb xoxoxoxo

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember the way their love touched your life while they were with you, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for each of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us this special season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it most.... And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved furbaby bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your fur-angel would want for you this year ... With best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty & DJ's mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

Joanna - Our hearts go out to you at this time of grief. We realize that nothing can bring back Ambrose but please take comfort in the fact that he is free from pain now and romping through the meadow at Rainbow Bridge. Ambrose, if you see Smylee out there go and greet her - she is an Australian Shepherd so you two should get along great. Plus she is a real cat lover! Give her a headbump and a rub and you two have yourselves a good time! Until we see each other again - love to you dearest fur baby...

Hello Amrose...how are you today? You look like you could use some friends. To your left, there's a large group of Rotties..go to them & tell them that I sent you. You will have the best time of your life. They are so much fun & I know they will let you stay with them. Take time out of your fun filled days to send your mommy some smooches because she misses you so much. You will meet with your mommy again & what a happy day that will be for you. To Joanna...we know how your heart aches. Your baby is at peace & having so much fun. Take care. http://RainbowsBridge.com/Residents/URSA001/resident.htm

Hello beautiful Ambrose! What a precious boy you are, and such a long wonderful life you lived! But now is your time to return home to God and live in Paradise, just as you are meant to be! Sweet Ambrose, though you now reside in Heaven, you left behind a mom that misses you so much. Remind her every day that you are always with her and that you loved her every day you were together and still do even now. Joanna, I am so very sorry for your loss and the pain you are going through. I pray for your heart to heal, your memories to shine, and your face to smile once again. May God bless you and all those you love. Visit Cleo if you like: http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CLEO028/Resident.htm

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Ambrose, enjoy your angel wings sweet boy, slide down the big rainbow, and climb among the trees in heaven. Be sure to slide some love down to your mom and let her know you are watching over her. She is going to miss and love you forever, so remember to always touch her heart with your angel paws. God Bless you sweet boy. Joanna, I am so sorry for your loss. Oh...Ambrose, what a loss for your mom!! I know the comfort of having a friend to bring comfort and solace after a loss, so to lose your last one is a heart breaking reality. Joanna, I am so sorry. As for the little Kitty who could, go from brave to scared and never look back I think your next journey will be something of an adventure. To life with our furry ones and all the adventure in this world and beyond!

So very sorry to hear about your loss of Ambrose. I wish I knew the words to comfort you and take your sadness away. I believe that loving and being loved by a cat is the closest thing to heaven. I lost Olive a few months ago and the heartache is still there but eases a bit with each passing day. Time heals the hurt but memories heal the soul. Wanda P.S. Ambrose - I am sure there is a great story behind the dirty little paws and Olive would love to hear it. She is a great listener.
