Bob & Marie & beloved Abby, You, Abby, are the last of Bob & Marie's angels that I'm visiting with, only because, before your Mom & Dad had to bid farewell to your sweet sister Ebony 10 days ago, you were the 'youngest' of Bob & Marie's angels. I could tell right from the start, though, when I first read about you in the summer of 2012, Abby, that your courage & love of life had touched your Dad in a special way. As I tell others, Abby girl, about my Cinnamon, your forever angel friend, you are loved loved with every part of your parents hearts, & then your determination, love & caring for your family makes them love you even more. How special you will always be, sweet Abby. I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Abby. Please find comfort in knowing that Abby is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Abby and Spooky have become good friends. My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 5 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Mom & Dad,Grandma & Pop-Pop, we are so sad at the loss of Abby! She was such a good, fun loving, sweet pup and we always had a great time with her. Marie and Bob ~ My dearest sister and brother, know my heart aches for the both of you in the loss of your darling Abby. You genuinely love everyone of your 'babies' dearly and to have one of your family taken so early, after all she went through, is difficult to understand. I am so sorry you are hurting. Sometimes it's difficult to remember the happy times because there is so much sadness during this time of grief. Time and patience heals all and in time you will feel the great joys you shared together, along with all you gave to Abby and all she gave back to you ~ so much LOVE!!! Perhaps the poet Rumi explains it easily in written word: "I know you're tired, but come follow me, this is the way." And now your Abby is free of all things that shouldn't be ~ free to run, jump, and swim.
