When I look into your eyes I know what I must do- its become a struggle for you to move and your breaths are so heavy too. Everyday I let you live in pain is such a selfish thing to do- Please forgive me for wanting one more day with you. You cannot run or play anymore You can barely stand up to pee- I need to let you leave this world with some dignaty. In my hands you entrust your fate- Id rather be a day too early than to be a day too late. I will be by your side to comfort you to the very end. Till your soul is free of your body's misery- Goodbye my sweet girl Thank you for being my best friend. |
