Tara my best friend

I lost my best Friend I would like to share with all my friends and family the loss of my best friend Tara she was twenty years old and was a beautiful Golden Tabby she went to work with me every day for the past 15 years ,she walked on a leash and lived to love everyone she would meet, Tara slept on my bed every night and purred all day as she could travel with me in the Car or went to the park she was not herself lately and her dynamic energy was not there anymore I took her to the Vet and she had a large mass and severe anemia the Doctor said she did not have long , but she still purred ever time she was with me and when I took her to the park she sat down and had no energy to walk with me anymore I took her to work because she loved being there ,she ate treats and purred like a motor boat, but I knew she was also telling me her best friend she was tired and as much as she loved being with me her time had come I drove her to the vets and held her in my arms as she purred and then passed into the long night. I will miss her spark of life her friendship and her love the trust she had in me was the most we can ask for from a friend in live so I can only look back on her twenty years and celebrate the times and life I shared with this special Feline .
