Your big curly tail that would hit so hard with love!

Every time you ran away & caused such mayhem with those chickens you loved to chase!
All the bruises from being swept off my feet by your jumps that put you at 6 feet!
I'll never forget how dedicated you were or how much you truly cared.

When your steps became weaker & your muzzle got greyer.
The best 12 years of my life were each day I spent with you
I loved you dearly with every moment of each day of those 12 years & in death I love you still.
Within my heart you hold a place which can never be replaced.
You gave me the best last year of your life bit the cancer was too much for both of us to bear.
If my tears could build a stairway to heaven I'd bring you home again.
