Nightmare, the amazing kitty

Nightmare was an amazing kitty. He always slept at my feet at night to keep me safe. I loved him more than words can describe. I always looked out for him, and he looked out for me. We were best friends. I never thought that i would have to say good-bye to him so soon. But all pets have to cross the rainbow bridge. He started to act strange after Christmas.We brought him to the vet, they told us the horrible news, my little baby was very sick. The price to have the surgery to save him was way to high, and it was a 50/50 chance it would work.My mom and me cried. We had to put my beloved kitty to sleep. They brought him in and the nurse lied him down on a soft yellow blanket, and he slowly fell into the never ending sleep after the medicine. I cried and called for him, but he was already gone. I walked up to him and kissed his head and said good-bye. We drove home crying. I still sit in my room and wait for him to walk in and lay on my lap, Or walk around the house meowing and swaying his big, bushy black and brown tail. But he is over the Rainbow bridge. I will never forget my baby, Nightmare. Nightmare was 4 years old. I Love You Nightmare <3
