Forgotten Ones

by Linda .........................................

My husband and myself live in Mn. and travel on Hwy. 35W often going to Iowa. On a stretch of the Hwy., there is an area approx. 10 miles where there are an unusual number of kitties hit on the road. We have given 5 of them decent burials at our home. Blackie, Stinky, Faribault and Outlet were left there on the side of the hwy. with no one caring about them or their story. We feel someone in that area is dumping cats...it is a terrible thing to see...so many of them there at one time. We feel for them and it makes our hearts hurt so much we have taken to giving them a forever home in our yard. We don`t know a thing about them except they are God`s creatures and deserve better.

Comments would be appreciated by the author, Linda
