Max

by Kyle .........................................

My grey tabby cat max died recently on June 24, 2010. Whe he was dying of old age it made me remember of all the good times we shared. My favorite moment was when he would climb into your lap and you would sit there for an hour at a time just petting him andhe would purr intently. When he died on the Saturday around 9 pm I was devastated that I was going to lose the cat I had had since I was two years old up until I was 15 now. I watched him lie on his bed and start meowing softly and then he passes away after living for 19 years. I was extremely sad that I had just lost a cat that I had grown up with and had never been without. My family and I buried him next to his favorite tree the next morning and again I was very sad. I'm getting better and coping withthe emotional pain it caused.
