Miss You Nana Banana

Why is losing a pet the hardest thing to get over? My beloved Janet passed away two days ago. She was sick for about 60 or so days. My dad took her to get a bunch of blood work done and all of the blood work came back inconclusive. They said it probably was lymphoma because she had two swollen lymph nodes near her stomach, but they were not sure. I thought we were at least going to have her for another year or at least 6 months, but once we found this out it went down hill from there. She was our first greyhound. We adopted her from a near by greyhound rescue center. She raced for about 3 years, but you would have never noticed it because she was treated like a princess. She got to sleep in the king size bed, got to eat all of the dog cookies she wanted, and went on a bunch of walks every week. After getting her and seeing how great she was, we decided to adopt two more greyhounds. Anyway, I found this website today and I just thought I would share a little about Janet because she was so wonderful and amazing. RIP Janet --- WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH --- |
