My baby girl TinkerBelle

by Emily Roberts.........................................

TinkerBelle was 9 and I was 3. My parents told me for my 3rd birthday, they were going to adopt me a puppy. So we went to the pound. I saw this pretty Beagle named TinkerBelle. She ran right over to me. I loved her so much we bought her. Over the years I loved her more. On June 21,2008(I was 9) my dad bought me a Bichon. I named him Simon. I treated each dog the same. After a couple months TinkerBelle couldn't hold her blater, couldn't jump on our porch, and her 2 back legs weren't working correctly. And every single day it started to get worst. Friday November 6,2009(I am 10)my parents picked me up from my grandma's house. When I got home it was late so i went to bed. The nextday TinkerBelle kept on going to the bathroom in her crate, her back legs weren't working correctly, and she couldn't jump on the porch. So later that night I found out we were going to put her down. I started to cry. All that was going through my mind was "I'm losing my best friend." So the next day(11-8-09)me and my dad went to Dunkin' Donuts like we always do and we picked up his friend. Than we picked up TinkerBelle and put her in the car. Before we left I told her "After to day you are going to be in a better place." After I told her those words we left. On the way to the vet my eyes started water and I started to think "This can't be happening, This can't be true." Then we arrived at the vet. My dad signed her in. then the nurse came out and took her to the back. My head dropped and I started to cry. Then this lady told me she is here but I can't see her. The vet gave me a her paw print with her name on it and some locks of her fur. We got home and buried her in the backyard. so after all of that I went on this website to tell my story.
