Your big brown eyes were filled with love right from the very start, You brought us so much joy, you captured all our hearts . The way that you would cock your head and wonder where's my treat, The nights you kept me company are nights that can't be beat. You had a silly Elvis grin, it always made me smile I was honoured that you chose to stay with us a while. You always did protect us, so loving and so kind, I'd come and go in this house with so much peace of mind. You were the very best dog that I had ever known, I loved you very much it surely must've shown. Rest well my friend, may peace be your's you'll not suffer any more, I know we'll meet again my friend , I know it in my heart Please be there to greet me and know we'll never part. I love and miss you so very much Cassy, thank you for being the special dog that you were...... Mom |
