The Saddest 6 Months

It's been six months now that I said good-bye to "My Forever Pet Danny" I still look at the top of the steps when I come home from work hoping that it was just a dream and Danny will be at the top the steps waiting for me. I see Danny in the clouds and fine pennies on the ground telling me that Danny is looking after me but the tears are still there. I ask God to watch over Danny now that Danny is with him. I talk to Danny every night before I go to bed and tell Danny how much I miss him and look forward to being with him one day. Knowing that God is watching over Danny makes me feel better but the sad days are still there. Danny I want you to know that Dad still thinks about you and misses you very much. The love will never end and I always wear my Rainbow Bridge pin whereever I go so you are always with me. Be happy and continue to play with your new friends. Love Dad |
