When we rescued you from the dumpster in St. John you were 6 weeks old. You have been the most faithful, loving, positive, happy dog for 15 years! You have travelled near and far with us and always we content so long as you were at our feet! You never strayed more than sight distance from us! We were sad to see your quality of life be less than what you deserved. We know that you trusted us, without reserve, and we know that our decision to let you go on your way to the Rainbow Bridge was the best thing we could do for you. Amigo is there waiting for you and he will teach you all the ins and outs of Rainbow Bridge. You will be so happy to see Amigo again. Run Zorro, run! Run again, play again...chase lizards and butterflies and keep happy and have fun until we arrive. We know that each day you are at the Rainbow Bridge you will know that we will eventually be there to hold you and Amigo in our arms and love you again. You have left us but you remain in our hearts and thoughts and your memory is at every turn. We love you and can't wait to see you and Amigo again on the Rainbow Bridge. Keep happy and have fun till we meet again!! xxxooo April 19,2021 - In 2 days it will be your 16th birthday, Zorro, my love. I still miss you every day. We have created a memorial stone and placed it on your walking path, visiting it everyday with your best girl, Blu. We will be celebrating your birthday and placing a painted rock right next to the memorial stone, which has gatherings of painted rocks for almost every occasion. I wear your heart necklace with your footprints and ashes every day so that you are close to my heart as you always have been. We miss you so. Tomorrow is Prudence's birthday. Please give her lots of wet kisses for us and to Amigo also. We miss you all so much and can't wait to be joined with you someday on the Rainbow Bridge where we can hug, kiss and play together. We love you so, so much. My best boy...be good and be happy. Until we meet again...love, hugs and kisses! xxxooo May 16, 2021 Friday, May 14th we had a celebration of life for you my dear friend! We moved your memorial rock and painted memorial and event rocks to a nice new sunny location under the blooming palo verde tree. we made a circle of rocks around the area and painted your name and Amigos name on the rocks with paw prints and hearts. we hung wind chimes in your tree so we hear your spirit when the wind blows! we added solar lights so we can see your special spot at night! And because you love birds so much we ordered a bird cage to hang from your tree and it arrived today. we will keep adding painted event stones and fun things we ll hang from your tree in your and Amigo's memory! we love you my silly lover boy! we miss you so much every day! Snuggle safe and roam the bridge with all your buddies! we will meet you on the rainbow bridge where we will share our love again...forever! Please also visit Amigo. |
