Memories of Xander
1/10/24 - Xander was an amazing boy who watched over everyone in the family. He loved all unconditionally. Always bringing love and laughter especially when tears fell from our eyes. Xander, I know you are with Coby, Zoey, Presley, Irene, Black&white and Momma playing and chasing birds. Your pains have been replaced with laughter and happiness. Have fun my sweet boy with all your family there. You will be forever missed. Love you always.

1/11/24- Victoria saw a rainbow today and took picture of it to send to me. We knew you had crossed the bridge. Thank you for that beautiful sign from heaven.

1/15/24 - 5 days have passed without you here. I still call out for you to come to me. I still look for you in the living room thinking you are in a deep sleep on the couch and don't hear me. My bathroom time is lonely without you trying to tear the toilet paper to grab it from me... My bedtime is lonely without you beside me with your paw on my hand. My morning coffee time is sad without you sitting next to me on the kitchen table... Always waiting for Carmelo and Leo to be done with their pancakes so you can lick the rest of the syrup and butter from their dishes. I know Daddy (Poppy) is watching over you and the gang. It will be 5 years that he is gone from us. He loved to babysit you when I was away on conference. He always took care of you... but said you wouldn't eat when I was away. I look at pictures of you always sitting on his papers when he would sit at the dining room table taking care of bills. He was so patient with you sitting right in the middle of it all. Joey just told me that there were times that daddy would go out on the deck and after a while, you would appear on the deck too. He was surprised. You were not allowed to go outside unless you were in Joey's or my arms.
I miss you at every turn, every thought, every breath. You are so loved. I Thank Joey for choosing you and bringing you home to us as a baby... the most beautiful, the most entertaining, the most loveable the most loyal of all.
