Memories of Winston
| 11/13/03 "Thoughts From Winnie"--- ....Now, I can't help you were too blind to see- The love and caring you endowed upon me.- But now that I'm gone, all I can give,- Are memories of me in your hearts to live.- So, until we can be together again, You should find another fox terrier friend!- And he too will be as lucky as me- I know you will care for him tenderly.- Love, Winnie---------Dear Winnie: Thank you for your caring thoughts. You will always stay in our hearts and you will always bring smiles to our faces!!!! 9/17/2004 Dear Winnie: Today about an hour ago marked your first anniversary at the rainbow bridge and to celebrate the occasion three red roses guard your urn; one is for you, one is for your spirit (still very much in this home) and the third is for the legacy of poetry you've inspired. You remain in my thoughts daily despite the fact that we heeded your advice by getting another fox terrier whose name is Beasley. You two fox terriers so different yet alike, Beasley like you is a sweet spice in life!!! 9/17/2005: Dear Winnie, Today marks your 2nd anniversary at the bridge. This year marks a truly sad one, as we tragically lost Beasley just 8 days shy of your anniversary. 12/22/2005: Hello Winnie and Beasley, gone but not forgotten. We keep you in our hearts daily and frequently call our new little Remy by your names instead. Loving Christmas thoughts and sweet dreams. ======================================================================= See pictures of Beasley and Winnie's legacy of pet loss poetry at: http://www.winstoncrogers.net/ |
