Welcome to Thurman's Rainbow Residency

Thurman's Rainbow Residency

Memories of Thurman

The first time I got the phone call saying that Thurman had arrived in this world it was the greatest day of my life. Since then he has been there for me through every heartbreak and every great moment for the past four years. Countless road trips, days on the farm playing with all of the animals and millions of hours spent cuddling and sharing the love we had for each other. His smile brightened my day and there was never a moment that went by that I did not think about how great of a blessing he was. He was the heart of our family and will be missed every second for the rest of our lives.

I knew Thurman and I might have a little bit of fun together. The first extended time we spent together was on a canoe trip and he decided to jump out of the canoe and make me chase him. I can't believe he is gone. I expect him to come pop his head around the corner and join us on the couch. All I know is that the hole in our hearts may never be filled but Thurman would't want us to be sad. He wants us to be enjoying life- like he did everyday.
