It's been 6 years already that you crossed over, and I miss you dearly- my big fluffernutter boy. I still cry thinking about you, and pray that you are happy and playing at Rainbows Bridge with Gizmo, Beanie Baby, and Lil' Rat. Your girlfriend Nipper couldn't bear the loss of you either- she joined you at Rainbow's Bridge exactly a week after you. Then Kaleb (one of my lovebirds) followed her. It hurt so much for you to leave me so fast Sammy- I thought you would be my big healthy boy for a long time, but God had other plans for you I guess. Mommy felt so alone- the house was empty without the pitter patter of you and Nipper. I know that you were the culprit sending a stray kitty kat to me after Nipper joined you, because I needed a fur baby to help me get through the loss of all of you. Her name is Meowzer, and now she stays indoors with me and sleeps in your old spot- but I guess you know that, since you sent her here. She will never replace my love for ferrets- but you knew I couldn't bring myself to adopt any more ferrets at the time. I love you so much. I miss you so much sweetheart. Love, Mommy P.S. I went to buy cat and bird food, and came home with a new ferret girl that I named Snickers! She was born Nov 23, 2003 and she is still a handful. She will never replace any of you but she is a joy to have around. Then Nasty the bird died, so of course I had to get Snickers a buddy, so I adopted a rescue ferret Paloma, and renamed her Punkin. Now the two of them chase Meowzer the Cat around the house. Update: I adopted another boy and girl- Tigger and Jill from my friends, and recently added yet another fuzziebutt ClamBone (who looks like a baby black bear cub boy).
