Memories of Kong
| I always loved waking up to your row's row's each morning, nudging me & "talking" your Kong talk for me to get up & lets head out the door. Every morning you would jump over the ditch & take off running so fast the wind would blow your ears back. What fun to watch you run, so free & loving every minute of our morning excursions in the woods. I'll never forget how I could start singing "lullabye & goodnight" & your eyes would slowly close & drift off to sleep laying on your back with all four legs up in the air. Or, every day how I would hurry home cause I knew you were waiting to go on your afternoon walk & chase a few squirrels or maybe even an unsuspecting cat. Swimming after the family of geese in the bayou is another one of my favorite things to remember & always brings a smile. I tried to find another puppy just like you, but there will never be another you...I carry you with me always in my heart..we had such fun together, Love you forever.. Your Memorial has been here since 04/25/98. I still continue to decorate your grave in our flower garden and visit you here...02/26/12...Always in my Heart..Mommie P.S. Billy is there now too...you probably already found him!! He loved you so....everyone did!! |
