Memories of Jingles
| Its hard to believe that shes actually gone. Not hearing her collar jingle in the morning to let us know shes up or having her with us to snuggle on the couch is something that's going to be hard to get used too. Jingles wasn't just a dog to us, she was part of the family. I remember when we first brought her home all she did was shake cause she was so nervous. It didn't take long for her to get comfy because weeks later she was stealing your slippers, attacking your pants legs when trying to put your pants on, and sleeping in Kristina's bed every night because she was afraid to be alone. She had no vices and all she wanted from you was to be loved. She used to go nuts when she saw cats..juts whispering "wheres the cat" would get her all riled up. When we left the house Jings would wait for us on top of the couch looking out the window. Life is not going to be the same without her because she was such a huge part of all our lives. Jingles help comfort us when our family hit its all time low. She was perfect to go to when you were sad because she always made you feel better just by being around her. We're going to miss her cute little air barks, scratching us when she wants more affection, and licking our toes when she used to crawl under the covers. Everyone's heart has a little spot missing since Jingles left us. Nothing will ever fill this void because she was and forever will be the best companion anyone could have ever asked for and we were so lucky to have her for 16 1/2 years. |
