Memories of Big Kitty

Oh, Big Kitty. What to say the name says it all. Well it would say it all if the name included grouchy, and could sleep anywhere. There are so many times we all had with you that we can't even mention them all in this paper. So, we will just keep those for our thoughts, but we should at least say something, right. We got you when you were just a small kitten, but that wasn't for long was it. NO it wasn't. You got big so fast. Well any way before I got you all I knew was that my mom had a surprise for me. She said it was a pillow, a big fluffy pillow. Well little did I know that that pillow turned out to be a big fluffy cat. That was a good one mom. The next task was naming you, let me tell you when we thought you were a girl I had a super great name. Asia. Its good right, I know. Well it turns out that you were a boy, and the great and creative people we are came up with the name Big Kitty. Oh, and sorry you got stuck with that name. Big Kitty when we got you I'm sorry but you were weird. You never acted like a normal cat. You like thought you were a dog. Then there was a phase were you never walked around, you just hopped everywhere like a rabbit. I don't know if you saw one outside, and was like cool that looks like fun or what, but yeah you did that. There was another phase where all you did was try and succeed to sit on people shoulders, mostly mine like a parrot. Those are probably only a few of the weird things that you thought you were. You were such a great cat. I remember me and you use to play with each other all the time. We use to play chase just like two cats would play it. I would chase you and I would corner you then you would chase me and corner me. We did that for hours. Then the other game I remember well was this weird game that is hard to explain, but we have this little section of wall and one side has a standalone freezer on it. You would sit on the freezer and I would be on the others side. I would go to the side that you weren't looking at and you would attack me but that is the best I can describe it. Anyway, We would play all the time. Then we got a new a new family member, Kitten. Sorry about that, but I know you loved him and he still loves you we all do. So the way we use to play changed, but you got someone new to play with. Well what Kitten would call playing you would probably call it fighting. But you had each other none the less, and I was always there. Then you started to get older, and you could lay anywhere. I believe you could lay on a bed of nails and go right to sleep. But your favorite was peoples laps you could even lay on someone's lap that you didn't even like and hiss at then the whole time. We would just find you in so many places. One time we couldn't find you anywhere, some how you got in a cupboard as tall as me and the door was even closed but that didn't stop you did it. Nope. Or we would find you in a sink or bath tube, ect. ,ect. I'm leaving all the bad out that you didn't like. Like the Vet or Anthony and including only the good. I love you Big Kitty we all do my mom, my dad, Kitten, my mammaw, and many more I'm sure. I love you and always will. Rest in Peace. And try not to make anyone to mad up there. Love You. This is the second day without you and it is hard but im coping a little bit better Kitten misses you so much he looks for you often. I fed him today which was hard because he didnt eat right away first he waited for you like he always did. But you never came and it broke my heart and im sure his. Anyway that is it for now. I love you Big Kitty. I want to thank each and every person who has looked at Big Kitty's page. Also, Everyone that has said something I thank you very much. It helps me to know even people who didnt know Big Kitty. Have the heart enough to care thank you. And I love you Big Kitty.
