Memories of Beatsie

I got Beatsie from the city yard at Medford and she had fleas. Beatsie was about 6 weeks old. Such a cute kitty. An ex-boyfriend trying to stay a boyfriend dropped her off to my 16 yo son and I took her, got her cleaned up and gave her the happiest home ever. Needless to say I did not keep the boyfriend but kept the kitty. I used to take her for rides in the car and taught her to fetch a ball. When I would come home she would be waiting in the window and would run to the door as she saw me get out of the car. Every night she would come in bed with me and lay right in my arms and I would hold her paws. She was like my little angel at night. She loved when I would make chicken soup as she stayed near by knowing I would be throwing her some chicken. Beatsie was not friendly to everyone as she was very skeptical who she would trust. IF someone came over to visit she would come out and sometimes jump upon you, that meant she liked you. I have loved her and she loved me for close to 17 years. She was my first pet from beginning to end. Beatsie will forever be engraved in my heart. I love you Beatsie. she was so loyal to me. I am crying thinking about my baby. I want her back so bad.
